Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders can take up to 10 business days to process. Processing time for custom orders will vary depending on the amount of artwork required and the quantity of items ordering. Your salesperson can provide you with time estimates when requested. Total time for shipping is 5-8 business days. Weekends and holidays may impact shipping time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All domestic orders receive free economy shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
A&K Apparel and Accessories ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some carriers may not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
A&K Apparel and Accessories is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
A&K Apparel and Accessories is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Please note that if you have been approved for a return, mail your product to: PO Box 911 Goose Creek SC 29445, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping multiple items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
